Custom T-Shirts are made to order and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

All prices on kultz.ae are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

In the event of a pricing error, TheFittier reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order and will notify the customer promptly.

TheFittier offers exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges are accepted for size, fit, or color related concerns on Basic T-Shirts, Graphic T-Shirts, and Polo Shirts only.
Custom T-Shirts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable — no exceptions will be made.
TheFittier does not offer refunds. All approved returns will be processed as an exchange only.
TheFittier reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

Custom T-Shirts are made to order based on customer-provided specifications.
Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details — including size, design, and color — are correct before placing the order.
TheFittier is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
